I am Sezen Ozcan Onal—a researcher at the Center for Public Health Systems, University of Minnesota. I am interested in applying a modern econometric toolkit to address policy-relevant questions in health economics and public health research.  

I hold a doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
